The Field Services Office and Technology Demonstration Center, located in Raleigh, NC, offers a range of services to customers, employees, and sales representatives. We offer training, demonstrations, video seminars, Webex presentations and testing services.
Our training and demonstration center presents programs highlighting the power quality and energy saving characteristics of Harmonics Limited and competitive equipment used in actual electrical distribution system settings.
The center contains a configurable, testable 15 KVA electrical distribution system, complete with 208 to 120 VAC (three-phase) Standard, K-Rated, and Zig-Zag transformers, a Harmonics Limited Harmonic Suppression System (HSS), main breaker, distribution panel, and three-phase linear and non-linear loads. All components are configurable with a central control panel. All currents, voltages, and power consumptions can be measured and recorded.
We offer both local and remote video and Webex technology presentations, which will provide you with the information you need to make financially sound business and technical decisions concerning your electrical distribution system.
Our System Testing Services are available for consultation or to arrange for the testing of existing systems for 3rd harmonics that may waste energy or cause damage to your system. We can provide equipment names and procedures for you to perform the testing yourself, recommend a testing service, or we can make arrangements to provide the required service on a fee basis.
We also offer on-site reviews of Harmonics Limited equipment installations, installation manuals, and engineering drawings.
