Kevin Miller Appointed to Represent Harmonics Limited
President Rich Bell has announced the appointment of Kevin Miller of M2Electric to represent its patented Harmonic Suppression Systems in North Carolina. Miller, a graduate of Loyola Marymount’s Hilton School of Business and an expert in green solutions that lower the impact on the environment, will handle sales throughout the state.

The TransMax integrates its patented HSS technology with a TP-1 rated transformer to prevent activation of the damaging 3rd harmonic current which wastes usable energy, reduces system capacity, causes excess heat, and costs more to operate. Moreover, there is no need to oversize transformers or switchgear or to use double neutrals. With reduced harmonic currents, the transformer can run at lower operating temperatures and make greater usable power available for more loads. The TransMax can be fully “right-sized” including switchgear and wiring and does not require the extra space of a larger transformer. Energy savings are sustained for the life of the transformer, yield an attractive ROI and may help buildings qualify for LEED points.
Among the many purchasers of the TransMax are HSBC and UBS, both for multiple locations of their institutions, ESPN, Fox News and the State of California Insurance Fund for numerous branches.
