A Business in High Tech Harmony: US Chamber of Commerce Article Features Harmonics Limited
The US Chamber of Commerce recently published an interview with CEO Don Moore, for its Success Insight: A Chamber Member’s Story series. The article focuses on the company’s rebranding and re-launch, with emphasis on the green energy savings benefits of HL’s Harmonics Suppression Systems (HSS).
Mr. Miller joined Harmonics Limited in 2006 as Director of Field Service. He soon established the Technology Training and Demonstration Center in Raleigh NC and, in 2008, was promoted to Vice President of Engineering.
Mr. Miller spent the first half of his career with General Electric, Hubbell and Times Fiber Communications in Connecticut in positions of increasing engineering and management responsibility. Later, opting for more entrepreneurial environments, he became President and Owner of two companies in Rhode Island and Southern California as well as serving as General Manager of Ipitek and Olson Technology in the latter state.
He is the holder of two patents in Fiber Optics and Information Distribution. Originally trained as a design engineer, Mr. Miller holds a MS in Industrial Administration from Union College and both BSEE and ASEE degrees from Penn State.
